In Home Care Services
Apex is proud to offer a number of Medicaid waivers services under the In-Home Support Services (IHSS) category.
Respite
Respite services, as defined by the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy & Financing (HCPF) for Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) waivers such as the Children's Extensive Support (CES) and Children's Habilitation Residential Program (CHRP), provide short-term, temporary care to eligible children and youth with developmental disabilities or intensive needs.
Community Connector
Community Connector services, as outlined in the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy & Financing (HCPF) guidelines, are a Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) benefit available through the Children's Extensive Support (CES) and Children's Habilitation Residential Program (CHRP) waivers. These one-on-one supports help children and youth with disabilities build essential skills, confidence, and relationships by participating in everyday community activities in real-world settings.
